Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. If you create an organization, you are responsible for the members you invite and the permissions you grant them.

You retain ownership of the data you and your team put into ROAS Insights. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you add, including your clients’ information.

You may not use ROAS Insights to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, or interfere with the service’s operation.

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, and you can export your data before and after cancellation.

New customers can try ROAS Insights and call & form tracking free for 14 days. Starting a trial needs a payment card. When the trial ends, your subscription is billed automatically unless you cancel before then. Each customer gets one trial. A business, email address, phone number or card that has already had a trial or a subscription doesn't qualify, and a trial that doesn't qualify isn't started, or is canceled before anything is charged. Usage, such as tracking numbers and call minutes, isn't included in a trial. It's paid from funds you add in advance, and the monthly usage credit starts once the trial ends and the first payment goes through. White label isn't part of the trial. If the first payment after a trial fails, access stops until it's paid. There's no grace period for that payment.

We work to keep ROAS Insights available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAS Insights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can request an export or deletion of your data.
